江苏安德福能源与CMB.TECH签署全球氨燃料战略合作备忘录 ——见证氨燃料未来的崭新篇章

2024年11月20日，江苏安德福能源发展有限公司（以下简称“安德福”）受CMB.TECH 邀请参加在中国船舶集团青岛北海造船厂举办的21万吨散货船命名仪式，并与比利时CMB.TECH签署《全球氨燃料战略合作备忘录》（以下简称“MOU”）。此次活动不仅标志着氨燃料应用的新进展，也彰显了安德福作为全球氨燃料供应链重要合作伙伴的关键地位。
On November 20, 2024, Jiangsu Andefu Energy Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Andefu") was invited by CMB.TECH to attend the naming ceremony of a 210,000-ton bulk carrier held at China State Shipbuilding Corporation Qingdao Beihai Shipyard and signed the "Global Ammonia Fuel Strategic Cooperation Memorandum" (hereinafter referred to as "MOU") with CMB.TECH of Belgium. This event not only signifies new progress in the application of ammonia fuel but also highlights Andefu's pivotal role as a key partner in the global ammonia fuel supply chain.

中国船舶集团青岛北海造船有限公司与中国船舶工业贸易有限公司作为联合卖方，为比利时CMB.TECH建造的两艘21万吨级Ammonia Ready散货船“MINERAL ESPANA”轮和“MINERAL PORTUGAL”轮正式命名。仪式由北海造船党委副书记、总经理罗乐主持，北海造船党委书记、董事长温永生致辞，WinGD公司Dominik Schneiter、中船集团、劳氏船级社、美国船级社等多家单位代表及CMB.TECH首席执行官Alexander Saverys等重要嘉宾出席。
China State Shipbuilding Corporation Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and China Shipbuilding Industry Trading Co., Ltd., acting as joint sellers, officially named the two 210,000-ton Ammonia Ready bulk carriers "MINERAL ESPANA" and "MINERAL PORTUGAL" built for Belgium's CMB.TECH. The ceremony was hosted by Luo Le, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Beihai Shipyard, and a speech was delivered by Wen Yongsheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Beihai Shipyard. Key attendees included Dominik Schneiter from WinGD, representatives from CSSC, Lloyd’s Register, the American Bureau of Shipping, and CMB.TECH CEO Alexander Saverys.

Chen Jun, Vice General Manager, Hua Bowen, Assistant General Manager of Jiangsu Andefu; Lei Xiaogang, LPG Vessel Asset Manager, Wang Wenchuan, LPG Chartering Manager of Nanjing Shenghang Shipping; and Tan Chengming, General Manager of Linggu Chemical Group Co., Ltd., were also invited as witnesses to the naming ceremony and the signing of the MOU, marking this significant occasion.

Strategic Cooperation Between Andefu and CMB.TECH

命名仪式结束后，安德福与CMB.TECH正式签署了《全球氨燃料战略合作备忘录》。双方重点围绕以下三个领域展开深入合作：
Following the naming ceremony, Andefu and CMB.TECH formally signed the "Global Ammonia Fuel Strategic Cooperation Memorandum." The two parties will focus on in-depth cooperation in the following three areas:

1. 清洁氨燃料的全球供应保障

Ensuring Global Supply of Clean Ammonia Fuel

安德福承诺利用其国际贸易网络，为CMB.TECH运营的主要航线船舶提供可靠且稳定的氨燃料供应。同时，安德福的绿色氨项目预计于2025年第四季度产出，为CMB.TECH船队提供可持续的清洁燃料支持。
Andefu commits to leveraging its international trade network to provide reliable and stable ammonia fuel supplies for CMB.TECH vessels operating on major routes. Furthermore, Andefu’s green ammonia project is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2025, providing sustainable clean fuel support to the CMB.TECH fleet.

2. 船对船氨燃料加注服务

Ship-to-Ship Ammonia Fuel Bunkering Services

双方计划在澳大利亚至中国（青岛）航线上率先开展Newcastlemax氨燃料船舶的加注服务。安德福的“盛航永乐号”5500立方米LPG船将用于提供安全、高效的船对船氨燃料加注服务。结合优质上游氨燃料生产厂商及潜在的Newcastlemax运输船使用方，如灵谷化工集团，各方将共同推动绿色航运未来发展的新模式。
The parties plan to launch ship-to-ship ammonia bunkering services for Newcastlemax vessels on the Australia-to-China (Qingdao) route. Andefu’s "Shenghang Yongle" 5,500m³ LPG vessel will provide safe and efficient bunkering services. By collaborating with top-tier upstream ammonia producers and potential Newcastlemax ship users, such as Linggu Chemical Group, the parties aim to develop new models for the future of green shipping.

3. 清洁氨燃料成本评估与技术支持

Cost Evaluation and Technical Support for Clean Ammonia Fuel

基于初期的成本评估，安德福与CMB.TECH将在技术标准制定、政策支持及氨燃料的经济可行性等方面展开进一步合作，确保氨燃料的安全性与高效性，同时推动其在全球航运市场的广泛应用。
Building on initial cost assessments, Andefu and CMB.TECH will further collaborate on setting technical standards, policy support, and evaluating the economic viability of ammonia fuel to ensure its safety and efficiency while promoting its broader adoption in the global shipping market.

The signing of this MOU marks the official launch of the partnership between Andefu and CMB.TECH. Both parties believe that the widespread adoption of ammonia fuel is a critical pathway to achieving sustainable shipping. Through this strategic collaboration, they aim to promote the application of ammonia fuel in shipping and jointly create a blueprint for the future of green shipping.
