冬藏万物华，冬深见硕果。2025年12月19日上午，江苏安德福新建49000m³低温液氨储罐及配套设施项目综合楼主体结构封顶仪式隆重举行。这不仅是江苏安德福低温液氨工程建设进程中的重要里程碑，更是全体参建人员协同攻坚、匠心筑造的辉煌成果。
As winter gathers and nurtures all things, its depths reveal abundant results. On the morning of December 19, 2025, the topping-out ceremony of the main structure of the comprehensive building for Jiangsu Andefu’s newly constructed 49,000 m³ low-temperature liquid ammonia storage tank and supporting facilities project was held with great solemnity. This event not only marks a significant milestone in the construction of Jiangsu Andefu’s low-temperature liquid ammonia project, but also stands as a testament to the collective dedication, close collaboration, and craftsmanship of all parties involved.

自去年10月份项目开工以来，江苏安德福与各参建单位始终恪守“安全第一、质量为本”的核心理念，以“国内一流、国际顶尖”为建设标准，直面工期紧张、技术难度大、极端天气等多重考验，通过优化施工方案、强化现场管理，科学配置资源，实现了工程质量与施工安全“双达标、双过硬”，为项目顺利开车奠定了坚实的基础。
Since the commencement of the project in October last year, Jiangsu Andefu, together with all participating contractors, has consistently upheld the core principles of “safety first and quality as the foundation,” and adopted “domestically first-class and internationally leading” standards for project delivery. In the face of multiple challenges—including a tight construction schedule, high technical complexity, and extreme weather conditions—the project team optimized construction plans, strengthened on-site management, and allocated resources in a scientific and efficient manner. As a result, both construction quality and operational safety have achieved robust, dual compliance and excellence, laying a solid foundation for the successful commissioning of the project.

作为项目的核心配套设施，综合楼将承担办公、中控、研发功能于一体，其顺利封顶为后续设备安装、系统调试及整体投运提供了关键支撑，加速推进项目向投料开车目标迈进。
As a core supporting facility of the project, the comprehensive building will integrate office, central control, and R&D functions. The successful topping-out of its main structure provides critical support for subsequent equipment installation, system commissioning, and overall project start-up, accelerating progress toward the milestone of feed-in and commissioning.

Upon full completion, the project will significantly enhance Jiangsu Andefu’s low-temperature liquid ammonia storage capacity. Leveraging the strategic location of the Nanjing Jiangbei New Materials Science and Technology Park, together with the superior inland waterway conditions of the Yangtze River and the resources of the Sinopec Qingjiang Terminal, the project will enable rapid connectivity with major chemical industrial parks across the Yangtze River Delta. It will comprehensively meet the development needs of domestic and international partners, inject strong momentum into efficient resource allocation and market responsiveness, support high-quality regional economic development, and open a new chapter in Jiangsu Andefu’s green energy journey.
