江苏安德福低温液氨项目10KV变电所一次受电成功

近日，由中国空分工程有限公司承建的江苏安德福新建49000m³低温液氨储罐及配套设施项目10KV变电所一次受电成功，项目供电系统核心设施正式投运，为项目后续试车调试及投产按下“加速键”。

Recently, the 10kV substation for the Project of Jiangsu Andefu newly built 49,000m³ Cryogenic Liquid Ammonia Storage Tank and Supporting Facilities, constructed by China Air Separation Engineering Co., Ltd., was successfully energized on its first attempt. The core facilities of the project’s power supply system have officially been put into operation, marking a significant milestone and accelerating subsequent commissioning and start-up activities.

该项目配电室电气安装工作于2025年9月启动，历经5个月奋战，于今年1月底完成全流程安装调试，经严格验收整改后达标送电。本次受电覆盖10kv工作进线、母线、母联、690v变压器、400v变压器等核心设备。

The electrical installation work for the project's distribution room commenced in September 2025. After five months of dedicated efforts, full installation and commissioning were completed by the end of January this year. Following rigorous inspections, rectifications, and acceptance procedures, the system met all standards and was approved for energization. The scope of this energization covered key equipment including the 10kV incoming working feeders, busbars, bus coupler , 690V transformers, and 400V transformers.

为保证受电顺利，南京江北供电公司建立“专人对接、定期会商、实时响应”工作机制，主动对接建设节点，提前完成线路规划、设备安装、调试检测、供电调度协议签订等各项前期准备工作；针对项目涉及低温、易燃易爆等特殊场景的用电安全要求，供电公司客户经理全程提供专业用电安全指导，确保供电服务与项目建设无缝衔接。安德福项目部和参建单位秉持“安全第一、精准施策、协同高效”的理念，超前策划专项受电方案，围绕受电前准备、安全措施、操作步骤、风险防控、应急处置等环节精细部署，逐条落实技术要求，充分展现了团队专业素养与协同能力。

To ensure the smooth implementation of the energization, Nanjing Jiangbei Power Supply Company established a work mechanism featuring designated liaisons, regular coordination meetings, and real-time responses. The company proactively aligned with project construction milestones and completed in advance all preparatory work, including line planning, equipment installation, commissioning and testing, as well as the signing of power dispatching agreements. In light of the project’s specific power safety requirements involving cryogenic, flammable, and explosive conditions, the power supply company’s customer manager provided comprehensive professional guidance throughout the process to ensure seamless integration between power supply services and project construction.

Meanwhile, the Andefu project team and participating contractors adhered to the principles of ‘Safety First, Targeted Measures, and Efficient Coordination.’ They conducted forward planning for a dedicated energization scheme and carried out meticulous arrangements covering pre-energization preparations, safety measures, operational procedures, risk prevention and control, and emergency response. All technical requirements were implemented item by item, fully demonstrating the team’s professional competence and collaborative capability.

此次受电成功，既为项目后续试车投产筑牢基础，也将在优化能源配置、推动绿色低碳发展方面发挥积极作用。下一步，安德福将全力推进后续调试及开车保障工作，以打造标杆工程为目标，推动低温液氨库区早日投运及长周期安全稳定运行，助力区域产业升级与经济高质量发展。

The successful energization not only lays a solid foundation for the project’s subsequent commissioning and start-up but will also play a positive role in optimizing energy allocation and promoting green and low-carbon development. Moving forward, Andefu will fully advance the remaining commissioning and start-up support work, with the objective of building a benchmark project. The company aims to bring the cryogenic liquid ammonia storage area into operation at the earliest possible date and ensure long-term safe and stable operation, thereby contributing to regional industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development.
