绿色航运论坛2026丨安德福建言氨燃料供应链建设与协同发展

3月18日-20日，“绿色航运论坛2026”在大连隆重举行。本次论坛由信德海事网与大连西中岛发展集团有限公司联合主办，汇聚了来自国内外航运、能源、造船、金融、科研等领域的超200家单位、近400位代表，围绕绿色航运与绿色船燃产业协同发展深入交流。江苏安德福能源供应链科技有限公司受邀参会。

The "Green Shipping Forum 2026" was grandly held in Dalian from March 18 to 20. Jointly hosted by Xinde Marine News and Dalian Xizhong Island Development Group Co., Ltd., the forum brought together nearly 400 representatives from over 200 domestic and international organizations across the maritime, energy, shipbuilding, finance, and scientific research sectors. Participants engaged in in-depth exchanges regarding the synergistic development of green shipping and the green marine fuel industry. Jiangsu ADF Energy Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to attend the event.

论坛期间，安德福重点参与了“大连长兴岛（东北亚）氢基能源中心绿色船燃合作”闭门对接会，与政府主管部门、行业机构及上下游企业代表，就地方政策支持、产业链合作模式、新能源与航运需求对接等议题展开务实探讨，为区域绿色能源中心建设建言献策。

During the forum, Andefu actively participated in the closed-door matchmaking meeting on "Green Marine Fuels Cooperation at the Dalian Changxingdao (Northeast Asia) Hydrogen-based Energy Hub." The company engaged in substantive discussions with government authorities, industry organizations, and representatives from upstream and downstream enterprises on topics such as local policy support, industrial chain cooperation models, and the alignment of new energy with shipping demand, offering suggestions for the development of the regional green energy hub.

在“绿色燃料走廊的合作新格局”专题对话中，江苏安德福副总经理陈建强聚焦氨燃料供应链这一关键领域，提出了系统性观点。他指出，当前绿氨生产端项目稀缺，沿海储运设施布局严重不足，公路运输成本高企且增加碳排放，铁路运输又面临苛刻条件限制，成为制约绿色燃料规模化应用的突出瓶颈。他呼吁行业加快基础设施规划与标准统一，推动产业链上下游协同破局。

During the panel discussion on "New Collaborative Patterns for Green Shipping Corridors," Chen Jianqiang, Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu ADF, shared systemic insights focusing on the critical field of the ammonia fuel supply chain. He pointed out that the industry is currently facing several major bottlenecks that hinder the large-scale application of green fuels: the scarcity of upstream green ammonia production projects, a severe lack of coastal storage and transportation infrastructure, and the high costs and carbon footprint associated with road transport. Furthermore, he noted that rail logistics are hampered by overly rigid regulatory constraints. Mr. Chen Jianqiang called for accelerated infrastructure planning and harmonized technical standards, urging stakeholders across the value chain to collaborate in dismantling these systemic barriers.

陈建强透露，安德福正以务实行动回应行业痛点，加速推进南京、盘锦等重点罐区项目建设，并计划于今年6月将自有船舶改造为全球首艘氨燃料加注船。这一开创性举措，不仅将填补行业空白，更将为构建安全、高效、低碳的绿色燃料走廊提供重要实践样本。

Chen Jianqiang revealed that ADF is addressing industry pain points through pragmatic actions, notably by accelerating the construction of key storage terminals in Nanjing and Panjin. Furthermore, the company plans to retrofit its own vessel into the world’s first ammonia bunkering ship by June this year. This pioneering initiative will not only fill a critical gap in the industry but also provide an essential practical blueprint for building safe, efficient, and low-carbon green fuel corridors.
