第九届化工物流安全环保发展论坛丨安德福分享绿氨领域战略布局
2026年5月20日至22日，第九届化工物流安全环保发展论坛在江苏张家港成功召开。本届论坛由中国物流与采购联合会主办，汇聚了政府、行业协会、专家学者以及化工生产、物流、仓储、贸易等领域的业界代表。作为绿氨能源供应链领域的先行者，安德福受邀出席。
The 9th Chemical Logistics Safety and Environmental Protection Development Forum was successfully held in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, from May 20 to 22, 2026. Organized by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the forum brought together government officials, industry associations, experts, and representatives from chemical manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and trading. As a pioneer in the green ammonia energy supply chain, Andefu was invited to participate.
在分论坛“效率革命：产业提质与可持续发展”上，安德福副总经理陈建强围绕“向绿·行远——绿色转型与可持续发展”专题，分享了公司在绿氨领域的战略布局。
At the sub-forum Efficiency Revolution: Industrial Upgrading and Sustainable Development, Chen Jianqiang, Deputy General Manager of Andefu, delivered a presentation on Going Green, Going Far — Green Transition and Sustainable Development, outlining the company’s strategic layout in green ammonia.
陈建强指出，顺应欧盟碳关税落地及国内低碳政策导向，安德福深度整合上下游资源，前瞻性布局绿氨消纳体系，公司参股了中能建松原绿色氢氨醇一体化项目，并规划开展绿氨船对船加注业务。液氨加注船改造预计于今年6月底完成，受注船舶为比利时航运巨头CMB旗下一艘21万吨级散货船。首单加注所用液氨将源自中能建松原项目。值得一提的是，中能建与安德福已成功获得从生产、运输、仓储到终端消纳的全供应链ISCC EU认证，为绿氨的绿色属性提供了国际权威背书。
Responding to the EU CBAM and China’s low-carbon policies, Andefu has integrated upstream and downstream resources and built a forward-looking green ammonia off-take system. The company has invested in CEEC Songyuan Green Hydrogen-Ammonia-Alcohol Integration Project and plans to launch ship-to-ship green ammonia bunkering services.
The liquid ammonia bunkering vessel will be retrofitted by the end of June 2026, serving a 210,000 DWT bulk carrier owned by Belgian shipping group CMB. The green ammonia for the first bunkering will be supplied by the CEEC Songyuan Project. Importantly, CEEC and Andefu have obtained full supply chain ISCC EU certification covering production, transportation, storage and end-use, validating the green credentials of their green ammonia.
目前，安德福正加速构建覆盖绿氨生产、贸易、仓储、运输、加注的全价值链服务体系。未来，公司将持续聚焦绿色能源的效率革命与安全运营，以绿氨为桨，助力全球航运与能源体系迈向绿色未来。
Andefu is rapidly building a full value chain service platform for green ammonia covering production, trading, storage, transportation and bunkering. Moving forward, the company will focus on efficient and safe green energy operations, leveraging green ammonia to support the decarbonization of global shipping and energy systems.
